After The Vows
72% of all brides say they would have spent more time choosing their reception entertainment. Almost 100% say they would have spent more of their budget on the entertainment. During wedding planning, Brides say their highest priority is their attire, followed by the reception site and caterer - reception entertainment is among the least of their priorities. Within one week after their reception, 78% of Brides say they would have made the entertainment their highest priority! When asked 81% of guests say the thing they remember most about a wedding is the entertainment. 65% of all couples that chose a band to entertain at their wedding, said, if they had it to do over again, they would have chosen a disc jockey.
Prior To Booking
Prior to booking it's a great idea to have a phone or zoom video call to discuss the night, what your vision is for your Wedding day. Have a short list of music types or styles you like and a couple of your favorite musical artists or bands.
Booking Us
Once a customer decides that Audio Extremes Entertainment is the perfect choice, all we need is a completed contract and the retainer fee to hold your date. That's it! We will follow up with phone calls, emails and you can make in-person appointments at your convenience to discuss any other details. About 2 weeks before your event, we will set up an appointment to discuss details of the reception, go over name pronunciation and music request. We'll find out exactly what you want and expect, on your Wedding day!
The Day of the Wedding
On the day of the wedding reception we arrive at least an hour before your guests are scheduled to arrive to set up and check our sound levels. Our goal for that day is to make the reception as enjoyable for you and your guests as possible. We will act as a complete DJ for the evening as well as the MC. We also meet with the photographer and videographer when they arrive to go over timeline. We believe that the entertainment is the most important factor for a successful reception. Being able to work well with all of the professionals involved on your special night is what makes a reception run smoothly. It also ensures that you will have the entire evening to enjoy your guests and each other. Instead of worrying about any details throughout the night. We want every guest leaving your receptions saying the night was the best night ever!
