Our online planning system allows guests to start picking music and categorize into Must play, Maybe Plan and Do Not Play. This ensures a stress free night along with a little guidance with our emcee work to keep your timeline on point.

After The Vows

Prior To Booking
Prior to booking it's a great idea to have a phone or zoom video call to discuss the night, what your vision is for your Wedding day. Have a short list of music types or styles you like and a couple of your favorite musical artists or bands.
Booking Us
Once a customer decides that Audio Extremes Entertainment is the perfect choice, all we need is a completed contract and the retainer fee to hold your date. That's it! We will follow up with phone calls, emails and you can make in-person appointments at your convenience to discuss any other details. About 2 weeks before your event, we will set up an appointment to discuss details of the reception, go over name pronunciation and music request. We'll find out exactly what you want and expect, on your Wedding day!
The Day of the Wedding
On the day of the wedding reception we arrive at least an hour before your guests are scheduled to arrive to set up and check our sound levels. Our goal for that day is to make the reception as enjoyable for you and your guests as possible. We will act as a complete DJ for the evening as well as the MC. We also meet with the photographer and videographer when they arrive to go over timeline. We believe that the entertainment is the most important factor for a successful reception. Being able to work well with all of the professionals involved on your special night is what makes a reception run smoothly. It also ensures that you will have the entire evening to enjoy your guests and each other. Instead of worrying about any details throughout the night. We want every guest leaving your receptions saying the night was the best night ever!
Audio Extremes Entertainment offers a referral program that allows you to recommend us to friends, family and even strangers on social media like facebook groups or nextdoor. You just need to recommend Audio Extremes Entertainment in a post along with your name and if someone books our service and mentions your name we will deduct $100 from your total plus $100 off theirs when they book. There is no limit to the amount of referrals.
